Managers and supervisors must lead by example, promote inclusive workplace behaviour, address inappropriate conduct promptly and ensure compliance with company policies.
The Director is responsible for supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring policy compliance and final oversight of serious matters.
Breach of Policy
Failure to comply with this policy may result in counselling or training, disciplinary action, or termination of employment or engagement. Serious breaches may be treated as serious misconduct.
