Service
We move quickly, communicate clearly and stay close to every job so customers know the gear, delivery and support are handled.
Aushires Equipment Pty Ltd, trading as Aushires Rentals, was founded in 2015 as a family-owned hire business. The company has grown around a simple standard: the right gear, quick answers and service that still feels personal.
We move quickly, communicate clearly and stay close to every job so customers know the gear, delivery and support are handled.
Our team backs customers before, during and after hire with practical advice, after-hours help and people who understand site pressure.
We keep our promises simple and direct. If something changes, we say so early and work with customers to find the best path forward.
We take ownership of the equipment we send, the advice we give and the outcomes our customers rely on us to help deliver.
Long-term partnerships matter more than one-off transactions. We invest in trust with customers, suppliers, crews and communities.
Family values sit at the centre of Aushires. We build capable teams, respect hard work and treat people the way we want to be treated.
AusHires is committed to building meaningful partnerships across our supply chain and supporting procurement pathways that create broader opportunities for Indigenous businesses, customers and project partners.
From day one we’ve operated with late-model gear, on-time delivery, and the flexibility of a family business. That commitment has put us on Sydney Metro and the Western Sydney Aerotropolis, and behind the scenes at Taylor Swift concerts, Sydney Mardi Gras and City to Surf.
We service Sydney, the Central Coast, the South Coast and Newcastle, with regional NSW and Melbourne expansion underway. Our co-ordinators answer the phone after hours, and our trucks roll on weekends.
Every machine in our yard is tested, tagged and serviced before it leaves. Every quote is built around the job, not a one-size-fits-all price list.
Aushires started in Penrith with a simple idea: make equipment hire easier for people who need fast answers, dependable gear and a team that takes the pressure off the job.
As the fleet grew, so did the work. Civil contractors, traffic crews, event organisers and site managers began relying on Aushires for more than one machine. They needed a hire partner who could understand the whole site and coordinate the right mix of equipment.
Today the business still runs with that family-business feel. The yard is bigger, the service regions are wider and the fleet is broader, but the standard remains the same: pick up the phone, get the gear moving and help customers getta job done.
