The Australian Standard Heavy Duty Road Plate (32mm) is engineered for maximum strength, durability, and compliance in civil and construction environments. Manufactured from high-strength structural steel with a minimum yield strength of 355 MPa, this plate outperforms standard road plates on the market, delivering superior load performance and long-term reliability.
At 32mm thick and sized at 6000 × 1800mm, this road plate is ideal for spanning larger excavations and access points while maintaining stability under heavy vehicle and pedestrian traffic. Each plate is supplied with pre-drilled 45mm and 16mm mounting holes for secure installation and fixing, improving on-site safety and reducing setup time.
For safe and efficient handling, the plate is compatible with the Australian-made Ranger Road Plate Lifting Plate, allowing quick placement and removal using standard lifting equipment.
Available in standard mill finish or with a custom slip-resistant coating (on application), this road plate can be tailored to suit high-traffic pedestrian zones and vehicle crossings.
